travelling or incurred reasonable costs.
Any cancellation fee will be shown or explained where applicable.
We will not charge an unfair or disproportionate cancellation fee.
Your legal consumer rights are not affected by this section.
9. Arrival Times
We aim to connect you with a suitable Service Provider as quickly as possible.

insurance required for the services they provide.
This may include:

For auction, impounded, company-owned, financed or third-party vehicles, you are responsible for
having the necessary authority and documentation.
13. Jump Start
Jump-start services are provided for vehicles with a flat or weak battery.
A jump start cannot be guaranteed to solve the problem.
If the battery, alternator or another vehicle system has failed, further assistance or recovery may
be required.
14. Fuel and Fuel/Oil Drainage
You must provide accurate information about the fuel or oil problem.
We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
Fuel and oil drainage will only be carried out where it can be done safely and appropriately.

Additional charges may apply for specialist parts, difficult access or work outside the original
booking.

Recovery to arrange private work for the purpose of avoiding Succeeder Recovery fees.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where deliberate platform bypassing is identified.
18. Reviews
Customers may leave reviews after a completed service.
Reviews must be genuine, fair and relevant.
We may remove reviews or content that is abusive, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise breaches our
